Signing of the MoU on the Vaccine Evaluation Platform with the Indonesian Ministry of Health and Tsinghua University

PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia (Etana) signed an MoU on the Vaccine Evaluation Platform with the Indonesian Ministry of Health and Tsinghua University, People's Republic of China (PRC) in Bali (15/9). Through this collaboration, it is hoped that the parties can implement vaccine evaluation plans and start establishing a vaccine evaluation platform in Indonesia.

This MoU is a continuation of the collaboration between Indonesia and China in the Establishment of a Joint Indonesia-China Research and Development Center on Vaccines and Genomics which was signed in Beijing and Jakarta on July 26 2022. To implement the MoU, the Joint Research and Development Center has created a vaccine evaluation plan and will start establishing a vaccine evaluation system in Indonesia, in collaboration with Etana and the University of Indonesia as well as Walvax Biotechnology Co.Ltd. and CanSino Biologics Inc. from the People's Republic of China and increasing health cooperation through a joint Indonesia-China action plan in the field of vaccines and genomics.
